Purpose

Process

A three stage process over 3 months

Stage 1: A two day intensive programme in which the process for transformation is covered in depth and community is formed within the group.

Stage 2: This is a period of home study. An Advanced Facilitator Manual provides in depth understanding of the theories, tools and activities embodied in the Lamont Associates approach to corporate transformation.  A specially designed schedule, along with regular mentoring will support and guide participants as they apply the tools and techniques in the workplace.

During this stage delegates will also have the opportunity to ‘apprentice’, working alongside a lead trainer; initially observing, then assisting and finally co-leading. This provides a richer and broader insight into how the Lamont Associates principles are applied in other organisational settings. This stage is flexible and designed to fit in alongside the delegates' work.  (Please note: Delegates must cover their travel and accommodation expenses when apprenticing at training events).

A review day will be held half way through the programme to reflect on progress and provide further support in reaching goals.

Stage 3: A final two day intensive review and training programme to consolidate the learning.

Delegates go away with the confidence, experience, skills and strategy required to use Lamont Associates processes on an on-going basis within the workplace.

Cost

 £4990 + VAT (accommodation costs included)

A deposit of £500 + VAT (i.e. £575) will secure your place.

May 6th – 7th 2009 - two day residential workshop including overnight stay on May 6th

June 15th   2009 - one-day workshop 9.30am - 5.00pm

July 15th – 16th 2009 - two day residential workshop including overnight stay on July 15th

What is included

  • Delegate copy of The Facilitator Manual with Home Study Course

  • Copy of The Spirited Business and Personalized Journal

  • 5 days of workshops, and mentoring and coaching over a three month period (5 days, 2 nights residential)

  • This is an intensive course led by three Lamont Associate facilitators.  Numbers are strictly limited to ensure the immediate business concerns of each participant are addressed throughout the course.
