Martin BrunnerMentor & Metrics ConsultantMartin is a consultant and business advisor with broad management experience in both the private and public sectors. He specialises in business improvement using contemporary models and research techniques. He has an absolute belief in the power of mentoring to enable individuals to become who they want to be, and to unlock their full potential for their own benefit, and also for the organisation in which they work. Martin’s experience has always been people-focussed and includes managing hotels in London and Antigua, as well as property companies in the UK and France. He was head of the School of Hospitality and Service Management in Portsmouth when it received grade 1 for quality and was twice voted College of the Year by the industry. He lectures and writes on the subject of quality improvement and the British Excellence Model, and is a qualified Excellence Model Assessor. Martin is also a fellow of Institute of Hospitality, a member of Tomorrow's Company, the Institute of Customer Service and The Tourism Society. |
