Graham Johnson is a founding Director of Lamont Associates and over the last 25 years he has worked with, and been committed to people who are significantly disadvantaged within our society. As a professional community worker, a senior manager and more latterly an independent trainer and facilitator, Graham has an extensive experience of human and organisational learning. He is dedicated to the empowerment of individuals, making the 'learn to learn' process accessible to all. He advocates that, to create effective team, community, and organisational spirit, people need to be given the opportunity to be the very best they can be.
