Carole has spent nearly 30 years in the people business gaining a wide variety of skills and knowledge in the social care field within the private, voluntary and public sector.

Carole's compassionate, caring, sensitive nature and sense of humour coupled with her strong skills of helper/enabler make her a valuable member of the Lamont Associates team, supporting people through the process, ensuring delegates receive memorable experiences on any Lamont Associates workshop.
