Georgeanne Lamont is the founder and managing director of Lamont Associates. She has over 20 years experience of providing transformational consultancy and training within the educational and corporate world. She developed global awareness training in the 1980s and set up 'Values and Visions' in 1989. The work published in 1995 by Hodder and Stoughton is used internationally. She researched spirituality in business within SMEs and multinationals to demonstrate how business can be both people focused and successful, and this was published in her latest book The Spirited Business (Hodder & Stoughton 2002). Her hands on experience and in-depth research underpin the unique and leading edge programmes offered by Lamont Associates.
