Andy Rickford is a founding director and senior consultant with Lamont Associates.  He has over twenty years international management experience, leading IT teams for small, large and multi-national companies.  His experience spans a broad range of sectors including banking, investment, pensions, distribution, telecoms and airports.

Having lived and worked in the UK, New Zealand and Holland, Andy brings considerable cross-cultural sensitivity to his work.  His practical management experience, combined with his background as a Gestalt-trained therapist, enable Andy to bring considerable depth to the programmes he facilitates.
