Gillian is a successful leader with proven skills in organisation development and complex change management.  As Chief Executive of an NHS Trust during the 1990s she worked in partnership with the Local Authority, voluntary organisations and clients to develop and implement a successful strategy for service provision.  Gillian's ability to bring out the best in people by supporting creativity and innovation, combined with effective teamwork and performance management ensured a strong focus on the provision of excellent customer service.

Gillian now brings her skills and diversity of experience to consultancy in the fields of flexible working, service quality and organisational culture in both public and private sector assignments.  Her strong belief in the ability of individuals to achieve extraordinary results, given the right support and opportunities to grow, informs her work, as does her practical experience of the opportunities presented to managers in today's culture of continual change.
